The system utilizes industrial cameras and multiple light sources (LED/UV, etc.) to construct optical imaging modules, enhancing surface defect contrast through customized optical angles. It integrates deep learning-based intelligent defect classification and dynamic thresholding algorithms to achieve sub-pixel-level defect localization, with a built-in billion-scale defect database adaptable to multi-material detection. Real-time heat map generation triggers audiovisual alarms and links with marking equipment. It supports cloud-based data analysis, SPC statistics, ISO-standard report generation, and seamless integration with MES systems via OPC protocol.
